Concert
Choir
Thank
you for your presence at Hamilton Place Mall this past Saturday--our first
of many performances during the holiday season. (And equipment crew--a
very special thank you!)
It is very important that we always look our best individually, or collectively--as
a choir, when we perform. An audience experiences a performance both aurally
and visually. Girls, to perform, you must adhere to the CGC dress
code.
The Concert Choir has been invited to perform Wednesday, December
7, on "Live at 5:30" with Channel 3 at the First Tennessee Pavilion.
LuAnn Holden
The
red nylon windbreakers have been ordered for all Concert Choir members
who have not previously gone on tour. Cost is $15.00. Please give
to Cecilia.

Tickets
for the winter concert will go on sale next Monday, November 28.
Save $2 and buy your tickets early. Tickets are $10.00, $12.00 at
the box office.

Cantilena
Choir
The
Cantilena Choir will perform at Manor House Assisted Living following
the Monday rehearsal on November 28 at approximately 6:45 p.m.
Snacks will be provided. Directions to the center are listed below:
Take Hwy. 27 North to the Signal Mountain Road exit. Turn right onto Mountain
Creek Road (across from the BiLo) and proceed approx. 2 miles on

Mountain
Creek Rd. (past the traffic circle and the Redbank Elementary School)
and the the Center is on the Right #1148 Mountain Creek Road.
The Alexian Grove performance is on December 5 directly following
the Mon. rehearsal at approximately 6:45 p.m. Directions to Alexian
Grove are below:
To travel to Alexian Grove from First Baptist Church will take approximately
15 minutes. Take Hwy 24 West (direction Nashville) to the Lookout Valley
exit. Turn right onto Cummings Hwy and follow until the State Hwy Patrol
Station on left. Turn left directly after the Station onto Cummings Road.
Take Cummings Road until the entrance to Alexian Grove on the left. Turn
left and left again at the guard house and go up the hill. Enter the building
at the front alcove entrance. We will meet in the lobby. We will get organized
and warm up there.
