SMOKY MOUNTAIN MUSIC FESTIVAL
The Concert Choir will take part in the Smoky Mountain Music Festival April 29-May 1. We currently have three chaperones and need three more. If your daughter is in the Concert Choir, please come and be a part of this exciting festival. Anyone interested should contact John Wigal at 821-1583 or 266-9422.
AUDITION TIME AT CGC
ATTENTION EVERYONE! Every spring CGC holds auditions and everybody (unless you are a graduating senior) needs to audition. We are now booking times on Saturdays on April 3, April 17, and May 8. If you are in the Concert Choir, Mrs. Tonkinson can conduct a couple of auditions prior to rehearsals on Mondays. If you are in Grace Moore, Mr. Wigal can hear auditions on Mondays, 8:00-8:30 p.m. Stop by the table in the Fellowship Hall today to book your appointment.
CGC Parent Board Elections
Another springtime event at CGC is the election of officers for the Parent Board. We are currently seeking nominations for the 2004-2005 season. The positions which need to be filled are: President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer. Please call the choir office with your nominations. The next board meeting will be April 3, 11:00 a.m., at First Baptist Church.
School of Fine Arts at First Baptist
Several members of the staff of CGC conduct lessons at the School of Fine Arts. Penny Tullock and Delores Beery-Norwood teach private voice lessons. David Kammerdiener teaches piano. Joan Tonkinson is now teaching private voice lessons and has a few openings in her schedule. If you would like to study voice and do not have a teacher contact the School of Fine Arts at 265-2257.

First aid kits are here! Pick up kits during rehearsal today to sell or buy one to support the Concert Choir. Concert Choir members do not have to pay for the kits until they collect the money for selling them.
Also, if you have not picked up your prizes for the Cookie Dough sale, please stop by for those.
Remember, turn in orders next Monday, March 29, for the first aid kits, flower bulbs, and coffee.
